Genesis 38:1-30 / Pastor Scott Brenner / THE JOURNEY OF FAITH / Genesis 38:1-30 / services2,topics3,topics7 / 1 It came to pass at that time that Judah departed from his brothers, and visited a certain Adullamite whose name was Hirah. 2 And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite whose name was Shua, and he married her and went in to her. 3 So she conceived and bore a son, and he called his name Er. 4 She conceived again and bore a son, and she called his name Onan. 5 And she conceived yet again and bore a son, and called his name Shelah. He was at Chezib when she bore him. 6 Then Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, and her name was Tamar. 7 But Er, Judah’s firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord killed him. 8 And Judah said to Onan, “Go in to your brother’s wife and marry her, and raise up an heir to your brother.” 9 But Onan knew that the heir would not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in to his brother’s wife, that he emitted on the ground, lest he should give an heir to his brother. 10 And the thing which he did displeased the Lord; therefore He killed him also. 11 Then Judah said to Tamar his daughter-in-law, “Remain a widow in your father’s house till my son Shelah is grown.” For he said, “Lest he also die like his brothers.” And Tamar went and dwelt in her father’s house. 12 Now in the process of time the daughter of Shua, Judah’s wife, died; and Judah was comforted, and went up to his sheepshearers at Timnah, he and his friend Hirah the Adullamite. 13 And it was told Tamar, saying, “Look, your father-in-law is going up to Timnah to shear his sheep.” 14 So she took off her widow’s garments, covered herself with a veil and wrapped herself, and sat in an open place which was on the way to Timnah; for she saw that Shelah was grown, and she was not given to him as a wife. 15 When Judah saw her, he thought she was a harlot, because she had covered her face. 16 Then he turned to her by the way, and said, “Please let me come in to you”; for he did not know that she was his daughter-in-law. So she said, “What will you give me, that you may come in to me?” 17 And he said, “I will send a young goat from the flock.” So she said, “Will you give me a pledge till you send it?” 18 Then he said, “What pledge shall I give you?” So she said, “Your signet and cord, and your staff that is in your hand.” Then he gave them to her, and went in to her, and she conceived by him. 19 So she arose and went away, and laid aside her veil and put on the garments of her widowhood. 20 And Judah sent the young goat by the hand of his friend the Adullamite, to receive his pledge from the woman’s hand, but he did not find her. ... / 유다와 다말 / 스캇 브래너 목사 / 믿음의 여정 / 창세기 38:1-30 / 1 그 후에 유다가 자기 형제들로부터 떠나 내려가서 아둘람 사람 히라와 가까이 하니라 2 유다가 거기서 가나안 사람 수아라 하는 자의 딸을 보고 그를 데리고 동침하니 3 그가 임신하여 아들을 낳으매 유다가 그의 이름을 엘이라 하니라 4 그가 다시 임신하여 아들을 낳고 그의 이름을 오난이라 하고 5 그가 또 다시 아들을 낳고 그의 이름을 셀라라 하니라 그가 셀라를 낳을 때에 유다는 거십에 있었더라 6 유다가 장자 엘을 위하여 아내를 데려오니 그의 이름은 다말이더라 7 유다의 장자 엘이 여호와가 보시기에 악하므로 여호와께서 그를 죽이신지라 8 유다가 오난에게 이르되 네 형수에게로 들어가서 남편의 아우 된 본분을 행하여 네 형을 위하여 씨가 있게 하라 9 오난이 그 씨가 자기 것이 되지 않을 줄 알므로 형수에게 들어갔을 때에 그의 형에게 씨를 주지 아니하려고 땅에 설정하매 10 그 일이 여호와가 보시기에 악하므로 여호와께서 그도 죽이시니 11 유다가 그의 며느리 다말에게 이르되 수절하고 네 아버지 집에 있어 내 아들 셀라가 장성하기를 기다리라 하니 셀라도 그 형들 같이 죽을까 염려함이라 다말이 가서 그의 아버지 집에 있으니라 12 얼마 후에 유다의 아내 수아의 딸이 죽은지라 유다가 위로를 받은 후에 그의 친구 아둘람 사람 히라와 함께 딤나로 올라가서 자기의 양털 깎는 자에게 이르렀더니 13 어떤 사람이 다말에게 말하되 네 시아버지가 자기의 양털을 깎으려고 딤나에 올라왔다 한지라 14 그가 그 과부의 의복을 벗고 너울로 얼굴을 가리고 몸을 휩싸고 딤나 길 곁 에나임 문에 앉으니 이는 셀라가 장성함을 보았어도 자기를 그의 아내로 주지 않음으로 말미암음이라 15 그가 얼굴을 가리었으므로 유다가 그를 보고 창녀로 여겨 16 길 곁으로 그에게 나아가 이르되 청하건대 나로 네게 들어가게 하라 하니 그의 며느리인 줄을 알지 못하였음이라 그가 이르되 당신이 무엇을 주고 내게 들어오려느냐 17 유다가 이르되 내가 내 떼에서 염소 새끼를 주리라 그가 이르되 당신이 그것을 줄 때까지 담보물을 주겠느냐 18 유다가 이르되 무슨 담보물을 네게 주랴 그가 이르되 당신의 도장과 그 끈과 당신의 손에 있는 지팡이로 하라 유다가 그것들을 그에게 주고 그에게로 들어갔더니 그가 유다로 말미암아 임신하였더라 19 그가 일어나 떠나가서 그 너울을 벗고 과부의 의복을 도로 입으니라 20 유다가 그 친구 아둘람 사람의 손에 부탁하여 염소 새끼를 보내고 그 여인의 손에서 담보물을 찾으려 하였으나 그가 그 여인을 찾지 못한지라 ... / 📌 주님의 교회 구독하기 https://bit.ly/THELORDSCHURCH * 레위지파 웹 사이트 http://www.leviworship.com http://www.levitesworship.com * 주님의 교회 웹 사이트 http://www.thelord.or.kr http://www.thelordschurch.cc * 담임 목사: 스캇 브래너 (Scott Brenner) #주님의교회 #스캇브래너 #구속
